Good employees left the Revel to go elsewhere.
The Hardest part of the job was towards the end when the Casino was doing poor in keeping good employees by not paying them the money that was deserved. My direct Manager was a female and was understanding and fair to all the employees. I was happy with the Management that I had to work with. The time spent with the employees I worked with made up for the low pay rate. My self included, the pay was very poor for the workload. The sad part was that Revel did not compensate the employees for the jobs they were conducting. I could not wait to go to work to talk to and work with these employees.
The Employees that I was paired with to assist in the duties of a Monitor Room Officer was like family.
